What does the 12-Week Challenge include?
You can instantly download (or print out) all of the Body by Elle workouts, anytime, anywhere. You’ll also get additional program materials, nutritional guidance, and community support with your fitness and workout routines. You’ll find something accessible to every fitness level and many workouts do not require any equipment. You will also get healthy recipes, calorie/macro-tracking barcodes, grocery lists, meal planner menus and many other bonus resources, tools, and e-books throughout the 90 days.

How does this challenge work?
You will receive a Health Screening survey (via email) within 24 hours upon purchase. This will be used to create your custom challenge April 23, 2023. Your materials will include your workouts and nutrition plan. The remaining materials will be posted/shared in the support group for everyone to access. For 90 days (12 weeks), we will all work together on our health and fitness goals!
If desired, Before & After photos can be submitted for a chance to have your entire 12-Week Challenge fee refunded!
