Download this Gym Workout great for building muscle to give the illusion of a small waist and broader backside! Ladies, this one is for you, although men can absolutely do this workout too. [Men would just want to lift heavier weights for slightly less reps]
This 50-55 minute Workout is designed to help tone, sculpt and build lean muscle! You will need a full gym or get creative with the machines you need: cable-pulley system, a barbell and a weighted plate, a bench, and a leg extension machine.
