    Download this Gym Workout great for building muscle to give the illusion of a small waist and broader upper back! Ladies, this one is for you, although men can absolutely do this workout too. [Men would just want to lift heavier weights for slightly less reps]



    This 25 to 30-minute Workout is designed to help tone, sculpt and build lean muscle! You will need a full gym or get creative with the machines you need: cable-pulley system, a barbell and a weighted plate, and a back hyperextension machine.



    Workout Includes:

    • Workout Pictures/Figures to demonstrate the exercises properly and with good form
