Your Custom Nutrition Plan is Made Up of Expertly Designed Menus & Recipes to Help YOU Achieve Optimal Results.

 

 

MACRO-BASED MEAL PLANS. RECIPES THAT ARE EASY-TO-FOLLOW. TRACKABLE AND PRE-CODED RECIPES PROGRAMMED INTO MYFITNESSPAL. ALL CUSTOMIZED NUTRITION PLANS  WILL BE SENT OUT IN 3-4 DAYS FROM DAY OF PURCHASE. They will come along with your Custom Fitness Program as well! You will receive both the Nutrition and Fitness parts of your program together.

Your macronutrient ratio can vary depending on individual needs, body composition, goals, metabolic efficiency and fitness regimen. It's important to find and commit to the macronutrient ratio that is most suitable for you to reach your goals!

All ingredients are scaled to meet the macros of the plan you select to help you reach your goal.

Each recipe is matched to your personal macros which are calculated using the Jeor Formula. Prior to purchase, you will fill out a quick form that allows me to calculate your exact macros and send you your recipes based on those calculations!

Scan Codes for Each Recipe

 

What does this mean? It means that you can now scan the barcode at the bottom of each recipe, and it will auto-populate all your ingredients and portions into your MyFitnessPal calorie-counter app.

This way, you don't have to scan or look up every single ingredient, I already did it for you!

Just open your app, scan, and VOILA!

 

Now you will be able to access what you ate every day with a simple click of a button. No more food journals or relentless tracking! All the ingredients are pre-scanned and scaled to fit your macros and goals!
